Are adjustments safe during Pregnancy?
Absolutely. We use a wide range of techniques that are effective to not only give you symptom relief & improved nervous-system functioning, but also positively impact your growing child. You will find that we offer a much gentler adjustors than most chiropractors out there.
What experience do your doctors have in pregnancy chiropractic?
Our doctors have extensive training in prenatal care through various internships, prior work experiences, and countless hours of specialized training in perinatal chiropractic. You are in expert, effective hands
What measures do you use so I can be comfortable?
We have two different sized pregnancy pillows so that expecting mommas can lay facedown comfortably. When you're on your back briefly, we can also prop you up with pillows if you choose. Some of our perinatal clients prefer adjustments sitting up-which is totally fine too!
If something that you've had with care in the past (either with us or another chiropractor) makes you uncomfortable, please let us know so we can accommodate you :)
When should I come back after I give birth?
Many of our newly postpartum mothers come in within the first week of delivery so that we can address any concerns and birth trauma that they, and their baby underwent.
